摘    要:介绍了前桥焊接机器人工作站的结构和控制系统设计。该前桥焊接机器人工作站是基于AC伺服技术,集机、电、气为一体的自动化程度较高的焊接装置,可在前桥焊接过程中实现自动夹紧、转位、焊接、翻转、松开夹具等一系列操作工序,实现了国内数控焊接变位机由点位控制到高精度轨迹控制的转变。

Abstract:The structure and control of robot welding station for front bridge of automobile was introduced. The robot welding station is an high ruboticized equipment based on AC servo which composes of mechanism, electronics and dynamics, it can realize a series of working procedure such as auto - clamping, rotating, welding, overturn and loosing clamp, it realizes the control of numerical contruled change position unit from spot control to track control.
