| 摘 要： | 针对河北平原井灌区推广节水灌溉技术过程中的普遍性问题,进行了深入分析,总结产生问题的原因。文章指出,正确应对目前农村土地分散经营格局与节水灌溉技术应用的矛盾是进一步推广灌溉节水的重要途径。文章强调,土地规模化经营是喷灌节水技术推广的应用平台,灌溉用水实行计量是农业节水的重要措施。

| Abstract: | The article has analyzed the problems and the causes in popularizing water-saving irrigation technology in Hebei plain well irrigation area,and pointed out an approach to popularize the technology is properly to deal with disharmony between decentralized management of rural land and application of water-saving irrigation technology.The article emphasizes that a larger scale of land management is the platform for application of sprinkler irrigation water-saving technology and metering of irrigation water use is an important measure for agricultural water saving. |
