天然沸石及其改性产品控制霉菌毒素毒性的研究进展

摘    要:谷物和饲料中霉菌毒素的污染严重影响着养殖业的发展和人类的健康.沸石及其改性产品水合硅铝酸盐类和有机沸石对霉菌毒素具有极强的吸附性,作为有效控制霉菌毒素毒性的技术措施已有许多研究报道.本文重点综述了沸石脱除霉菌毒素的体内外实验结果,介绍了沸石消除霉菌毒素毒性的作用机理及存在的问题,提出了沸石作为霉菌毒素脱毒剂进行改性加工及相关产品集成组装的原则,旨在为开发研制沸石类高效霉菌毒素脱毒剂产品提供科学参考.

Abstract:The contamination of cereal grain and animal feed stuff with mycotoxins has seriously affected human health and the development of animal production. Zeolites and their modified products-hydrated sodium calcium aluminosilicate and organozeolites can adsorb mycotoxins, and have been studied widely as a strategy for detoxifying mycotoxins. The aim of the present review article is to focus on the results of study on the zeolites detoxifying mycotoxins in vitro and in vivo. The mechanisms and the problem of zeolites detoxifying mycotoxins are summarized in this article. A principle is proposed for zeolite modification treatment, and integrating of zeolites with other products to supply a reference for the research and development of efficient detoxification agents of mycotoxins.
