蓄热式燃烧技术在宝钢2 050 mm热轧厂2号炉的运用

摘    要:介绍了蓄热式燃烧技术的特点,并讨论了该技术在宝钢2050mm热轧厂2号炉的应用。与传统燃烧技术相比,加热炉采用蓄热式燃烧技术具有节约能源、提高炉温均匀性和传热效率、低NOx排放和减少氧化烧损等优点。结合热轧厂的实际情况,对蓄热式烧嘴投运后的工艺技术参数进行了评估,投运实绩与改造目标进行了比较。通过改造烧嘴,提高了加热炉的节能效率与传热效率,减少了废气排放,同时获得了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:The features of the regenerative combustion technology are introduced and its application in the No. 2 heating furnace of Baosteel 2 050 mm hot rolling mill is discussed. Compared with the traditional combustion technology, the heating furnace equipment with this technology has the following strong points, such as energy saving, uniform furnace temperature, high heat transfer effi- ciency, low NOx emission and less oxidation damage. Parameters of the process are evaluated and its real performance is compared with the reconstrnction' s goals. By reforming the furnace burner system, the energy-saving and heat transfer efficiency of the furnace has been improved, and meanwhile great economic efficiency has been achieved.
