絮凝—杀菌—缓蚀剂CX—C作用机理研究

摘    要:以F691粉为基本原料,加入杀菌、缓蚀组分及其它添加剂,制成了具有絮凝、杀菌、缓蚀多种功能的水处理剂CX-C,实验研究了它在油田污水处理中的絮凝、杀菌、缓蚀效果,提出了絮凝-杀菌-缓蚀相互作用机理模型。

Abstract:The multifunctional water-treating agent CX-C is prepared for treatments of oilfield produced waters and consists of following components: flocculating(powdered material F691 made from a gum-bearing plant), bactericidal, corrosion-inbibiting, etherifying and other. The flocculation, bactericidal action, corrosion inhibition and the interactions of each pair for the agent CX-C, a flocculant/bactericide/corrosion-inhibitor, are studied experimentally in comparison with CX-J, a flocculant/bactericide, and CG-A, a flocculant, both being based on the same flocculating material F691. The experimental results show the functions of the flocculating, bactericidal and corrosion-inhibiting components in CX-C are synergistic. A triangle mode of interactions for the functions of CX-C is suggested to explain its enhanced efficiency.
