| Abstract: | The novel water-shutoff agent of gelling interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) type is composed mainly of PAM in W/O emulsion(TDG-IR) and crosslinker, modified amino resine(TF-3) and curing agent and has been put into field tests in Huabei Oil Fields. The criteria of well choosing, the work formulation desining and the use of reinforcement and filler in the system in particular, and the technology of performing water shutoff operations are described in detail. The field tests in 13 producing wells in two blocks are illustrated and some examples discussed. |
