| 摘 要： | 2000年9月2日，吉林省图们江发生了大洪水，本文分析了造成这场洪水的降水特点和洪水的形成及发展规律，得出了该次洪水的暴雨中心在流域下游，洪水形成在中下游，图们江流域台风暴雨的路径走向决定了洪水发展的基本规律。

| Abstract: | A big flood occurred in Tumenjiang river in Jilin province at the 2 - 9 - 2000. The paper analy- as the character of this precipitation and the formation and the law of this flood. The paper thinks that the centre of storm rainfall is in downstream of river basin, the flood formation is in median and downstreams. The direcion of typhoon storm in Tumenjiang river basin determines the fundamental law of flood develop- ment. |
