摘    要:通过分析目前天然气计量及输差的现状与存在的不足,结合对输差的概念与分类的认识,给出一般输差的计算方法,针对性地提出了一般天然气输差分析时常用的诊断分析思路.从计量数据分析、输差走势对比、日常巡检等角度定位输差问题,依次对有关装置、阀门、工艺等进行检查,进一步分析出解决问题的途径,并逐一结合到现场天然气的采输生产过程中,解决了站场输差存在的问题.结合集气站存在天然气输差的客观原因,分别从安装工艺、直管段、人为因素等角度提出相应的建议与对策.

Abstract:Through analysis of current status and shortcomings of natural gas measurement and transmission error, combing with understanding of concept and classification of transmission error, general calculation methods are concluded, and common used diagnostic analysis of natural gas transmission error is pertinently proposed. The transmission error was positioned by analysis of measurement data, transmission error trend contrast and daily inspection. The solution was approached by inspecting relevant equipment, valves, process, etc. successively. The existing problem of transmission errors at stations is solved with combining actual natural gas exploitation and transportation of production on site. Combined with objective causes of gas transmission error, suggestions and counter measures are proposed respectively from the point of installation, straight pipe section and human factors.
