一体化喷嘴在蒸汽计量中的应用

摘    要:蒸汽的计量比较复杂,在采用孔板流量计测量蒸汽时,需要进行量程补偿,还需考虑密度变化带来的测量误差.介绍了一体化喷嘴流量计成功用于某蒸汽计量的案例,采用喷嘴与差压变送器一体安装,配备防冻式隔离器,与流量计算机构共同组成了较为完善的蒸汽计量系统,解决了蒸汽流量计量中的蒸汽流量高精度补偿、冬季防冻等问题,克服了传统蒸汽计量方法的缺点.

Application of Integrative Nozzle in Steam Metering

Abstract:Steam metering is much complicated. Measuring span needs to be compensated when metering steam with orifice plate flow-meter. Measuring errors caused by density change also need to be considered. A successful application case of integrative nozzle flow-meter is introduced which has been put into practice. Adopting integrative installation of nozzle and differential pressure transmitter, equipped with anti-freezing isolator, one much perfect steam metering system is constructed together with flow computer. Problems of high precision compensation and anti-freezing in winter are solved. Disadvantages of traditional steam metering methods are conquered.
