摘    要:阐述了某飞机地面空调车通风系统的工作原理和罗茨鼓风机的选型,并针对该通风系统进行试验测试验证,得出该通风系统的可行性,并验证了罗茨鼓风机的出风风压对出风风量的影响是微乎其微的,出风温度随着出风风压的增大而升高,该型号的罗茨鼓风机温升可达40℃,并对罗茨鼓风机的改进提出一些看法,建议在罗茨鼓风机设计过程中考虑降低其温升或通过某种方式对热量进行回收再利用。

Abstract:s:The principle of ventilation systems of the aircraft air-conditioned car and the selection of roots blower are elaborated. For testing the ventilation system,we can get the feasibility of the ventilation system and verify that the outlet pressure of the roots blower is of very little effect on the air. Air temperature increases with the increase of wind pressure. The types of roots blower temperature rise to 40 degrees. At the same time,some suggestions on the improvement of roots blower are put forward . It is recommended to consider that in the design of roots blower process reducing the temperature or heat re-covery in some way to reuse.
