基于ANSYS Workbench的A/C双摆铣头模态分析

摘    要:A/C摆角铣头是五轴联动大型数控铣床的关键部件,其动态特性直接影响铣床的加工精度和表面粗糙度。以A/C摆角铣头为研究对象,利用三维建模软件Pro/E 4.0对A/C双摆铣头进行三维建模,导入ANSYS Workbench1 3.0有限元分析模块中进行模态分析,得到了模型的前6阶固有频率以及振型,研究了固有频率对铣头结构的影响,避免了共振产生,找出了结构的振动薄弱部位,为铣头结构优化设计提供理论参考。

Abstract:The A/C axes bi-rotary milling head is the key pans of large-sized five-axis NC machine, whose dynamic characteristics will influence the machining accuracy and the surface roughness of the miller directly. The A/C axes bi-rotary milling head is chose as the research objects. The 3D solid model of A/C axes bi-rotary milling head is built by Pro/e4.0 software, and then the modal analysis characteristics are calculated by ANSYS Workbench l3.0 software. The former 6 ranks natural frequency and vibration were obtained by calculation. Influences to the milling's structure of natural frequency had been studied, in order to avoid resonance vibration occur, and the vibration weakness of the structure has also been found out which provides reliable evidence for the optimized design.
