摘    要:设计了一种用于风轮机测速和物料计数的测量装置。该测量装置采用增量式光电编码器对叶轮的角位移进行测量,运用M法进行转速计算,采用单片机实现测量数据的采集与处理,采用八位七段数码管实时显示叶轮转速和物料数量。实践证明,该装置具有简单易行,测量准确,使用方便和成本低廉的特点。

Abstract:This paper present a measuring equipment used to measure the impeller speed of wind turbine and counter the part amount. The equipment utilized an incremental optical encoder to measure the angular displacement of the impeller, adopted M method to calculate the speed of the impeller. A SCM was used to collect and treat the measured data, and six seven-segment digital tubes were used to real-time display the impeller speed and part amount. The experimental results confirm that the measuring equipment is simple, accurate, convenient for operating and low-cost.
