摘    要:使用G10和宏程序编制数控程序,利用万能分度头分度的方法加工零件产品,同时采用可编程的参数设定指令G10和宏程序相结合的方法来编制锥面铣削程序。这一程序进一步扩展了数控系统的功能,使得程序大幅度简化,提高了编程效率,降低了编程差错。其充分利用了机床的附件,使难以在三轴数控加工中心上铣削的复杂工件被加工出来,解决了设备上需求的难题,保证了工件的品质。

Operation Cage NC Program Using G10 Command

Abstract:Objective: We have machining parts products operating NC program by G10 and macro programming and the method of indexing using universal head; Methods: Setting G10 command by programming parameter combining with macro program to operate cone milling process; Results: This study extends the functions of NC program, simplifies programs, improves programming efficiency, and reduces programming errors; Conclusions: This study solves the problems on the device demands and guarantees products' quality using adequately machine tool accessories, which works complex work piece with milling in three-axis NC machining center.
