摘    要:经表面淬火、细表面粗糙度要求高、难加工材料、且属于板块类的大圆弧面零件,是机械加工中不常见且难加工的零件之一。现以弧面垫零件机械加工为例,主要就其数控加工工艺方法的选择、工艺方案的确定、设备及工装的选择、走刀路线的确定、数控加工工艺参数的选择、以及数控加工程序的编制等问题加以阐述。

Abstract:the hardening, and fine surface roughness requirements, difficult-to-machine materials, and belong to the plate type of the great circle round parts, is not common in machining the difficult one of processing components. Now is round cushion parts mechanical processing, for example, is the main method of choice, CNC processing technology process scheme determination, equipment and fixtures sure, CNC processing technology parameter selection, of choice, clamping workpiece, walk the route of the sword is and numerical control processing programming problems such as illustrated.
