| 摘 要： | 经表面淬火、细表面粗糙度要求高、难加工材料、且属于板块类的大圆弧面零件,是机械加工中不常见且难加工的零件之一。现以弧面垫零件机械加工为例,主要就其数控加工工艺方法的选择、工艺方案的确定、设备及工装的选择、走刀路线的确定、数控加工工艺参数的选择、以及数控加工程序的编制等问题加以阐述。
