球铁排气歧管砂型铸造的数值模拟研究

摘    要:采用砂型铸造生产球铁排气歧管,运用AnyCasting铸造模拟软件对试制铸件进行流场和温度场的分析,预测了铸件中可能出现的缺陷、位置和大小,发现模拟分析与试验结果基本吻合,据此提出对浇注速度、浇道截面尺寸的改进措施.按照优化工艺的再次试验,获得满意的铸件.

Abstract:The AnyCasting Casting Simulation Software was used to simulate the castings process of a nodular iron exhaust manifold cast with sand mold, to analyze its flow field and temperature field, and to forecast the defects that may occur in the casting, locations and sizes of defects. It was found that the results of simulation and analysis were basically in agreement with the experimental results. Hereby, the measures to improve the pouring rate and gate section area were proposed. Satisfactory casting was obtained after conducting test again with the improved casting method.
