汽车后大灯灯座热流道大型精密注塑模设计

摘    要:根据汽车后大灯灯座的结构特点和技术要求,设计了一副大型热流道精密注塑模具。通过在定模侧增加脱模斜度和在动模侧倒扣纹和加强筋,成功解决了成型塑件粘定模这一难题;通过采用先复位机构,成功消除了推杆和侧向滑块相撞的故障;通过改善温度控制系统,注射周期缩短了8%。模具各机构先进合理,成型塑件尺寸精度达到了MT3的设计要求,通过了各项试验测试。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics and technical requirements of automotive rear-lamp housing, a large hot runner and precision injection mould was designed. The problem of the plastic part leave in the cavity side was solved by increasing the draft of cavity and inverted thread and reinforcing rib at the core side. The trouble between the rod and side slider was eliminated by adopting the pre-reset mechanism. By improving the temperature control system, the injection cycle was shortened by 8%. The dimensional accuracy of the moulded parts meets the design requirements of MT3, and has passed various tests which proves the mechanism of the mould is advanced and reasonable.
