摘    要:随着内蒙古电网规模的不断扩大,短路电流超标问题已成为近年来运行最突出的问题之一。以2023年内蒙古电网规划网架为研究对象,建立内蒙古电网和华北电网的背靠背直流输电异步联网模型。采用PSD-SCCP短路电流计算程序对内蒙古电网异步联网工程接入前后的220kV、500 kV母线进行全网三相和单相短路电流扫描可知,异步联网工程投运后,能一定程度降低内蒙古电网的整体短路电流水平,尤其对临近换流站的母线短路电流水平的限制效果非常明显;但对于短路电流超标严重且距离换流站较远的地区,限制效果不明显,从而验证了异步联网方案对短路电流限制的有效性和局限性。因此,2023年内蒙古电网的短路电流超标问题,可以采取异步联网方案与其他传统限制短路电流措施相结合的方法来应对。

Short-Circuit Current of Inner Mongolia Power Grid with Asynchronous Interconnection Project

Abstract:With the development of the Inner Mongolia power grid, short-circuit current exceeding the standard has become one of the most prominent problems in recent years. The asynchronous interconnection model of back-to-back HVDC transmission system was established with the planned Inner Mongolia 500kV power grid in 2023 as the research target. Based on the model, PSD-SCCP was uesed to scan the entire network for three-phase and single-phase short-circuit currents on 220 and 500kV buses before and after the Inner Mongolia Power Grid Asynchronous Networking Project was connected. It can be concluded that after the asynchronous network project was put into operation, it could reduce the overall short-circuit current level of the Inner Mongolia power grid to a certain extent, especially the effect of limiting the short-circuit current level of the bus near the converter station was very obvious. However, for areas that is far from the converter station, the restriction effect was not obvious. The effectiveness and limitations of asynchronous networking schemes in limiting short-circuit current were verified. Therefore, for the short-circuit current exceeding the standard of the Inner Mongolia power grid in 2023, a combination of asynchronous networking solutions and other traditional measures to limit short-circuit current can be adopted to deal with it.
