摘    要:风电、光伏发电等新能源电力的强波动性、弱支撑性给电力系统稳定性带来不利影响。为此,在研究风电、光伏出力随机波动特性的基础上,通过离散傅里叶变换(DFT)分析补偿风、光电联合出力的电力曲线功率频谱密度,提出利用火电、水电、储能等多能源分频补偿控制模式以应对高比例新能源并网波动问题。首先利用两次小波包分解将波动补偿量分解为低频、中频与高频分量;然后以年运行成本最小化为目标在引入波动量罚系数的基础上根据不同能源机组出力特性优化不同补偿机组容量。通过对西部某地区风电场群及光伏电站数据进行分析,验证了所提调度优化方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:The strong volatility and weak supportability of renewable energy,such as wind power and PV,have adverse effects on the power system stability.Therefore,the control strategy of multi-energy frequency division complementation is proposed to combine thermal,hydropower and energy storage to deal with high volatility of new energy grid-connection based on spectral density of wind power and PV output obtained by DFT.Firstly,the fluctuation power is decomposed into low,medium and high frequency components by two wavelet packet decompositions.Then,aiming at minimizing annual operating cost,the regulated capacity of different units is optimized according to the output characteristics of different energy units by introducing fluctuation penalty coefficient.The case study is carried out with the data of wind farms and PV stations located in the west of China,and the correctness and feasibility of the proposed optimization method are verified.
