基于SL原型的快速精铸氧化物陶瓷型壳制备工艺研究

摘    要:在基于SL原型的快速精铸氧化物陶瓷型壳制备工艺中,型壳的焙烧常常出现开裂现象.通过对型壳焙烧过程机理的分析,找到解决型壳焙烧开裂的方法.通过对树脂与型壳热膨胀特性的试验测定与分析,确定出制备氧化锆型壳的工艺.

Abstract:The cracking usually occurs in the preparation process of a quick precision casting oxide ceramic shell. The article analyzed the expansion principle of the shell during the course of being roasted and some ways were found to avoid the shell cracking. By experimental determination and analysis of resin and shell thermal expansion character, a process was determined for the preparation of a ZrO_2 ceramic shell.
