亚麻油改性不饱和聚酯树脂合成工艺研究

摘    要:研究了采用亚麻油改性的双环戊二烯型不饱和聚酯树脂的合成工艺。实验表明,其最佳反应条件为:一次性混合投料,加成反应温度124℃,反应时间2h,n(饱和酸)∶n(不饱和酸)为7∶93,亚麻油用量为0 06mol。应用上述工艺条件合成的树脂具有良好的气干性、柔韧性。

Abstract:In this paper illustrates a research on the synthesis process of DCPD(dicyclopentadience)-typed unsaturated polyester resin modified by linseed oil was illustrated,and the best reaction conditions for the above synthesis process were found as follows:for the single cast of the mixed materials,the addition reaction temperature was 124 ℃ and the addition reaction time was 2 h;the ratio between saturated acid and unsaturated acid should be kept at 7/93(mole ratio)and the dosage of linseed oil should be 0.06 mol for the system.Resin synthetized under the above conditions was easy to be air-dried and flexible.
