摘    要:传统起重电磁铁在搬运特高温磁性物料时容易造成板坯脱落现象,已不能满足生产要求.着重研究了高温电磁铁的电磁结构及计算方法,并在此基础上推导了电磁铁的空气冷却计算公式,通过现场使用表明,高温电磁铁成功地满足吊运高温磁性物料的要求.

Abstract:While traditional lifting electromagnet carrying the magnetic supplies,board bases apt to come off,so it can't already meet the production requirements.This paper studies the electromagnetic structure and computing method of the high-temperature electromagnet,and derives the formulae of the electromagnet at air cooling.The high-temperature electromagnet successfully satisfies the request of lifting high-temperature magnetic material by field test.
