单片机控制的降压型直流开关稳压电源

摘    要:本系统是以降压控制器LM5117芯片和CSD18532KCS MOS管为核心器件,以MSP430F5529单片机作为系统主控单元,来实现具有输出电压精确稳定的降压型直流开关稳压电源.用单片机内置A/D模块测量输出电压值并使显示器显示,用DAC8501将单片机数据送给LM358构成的PI电路,PI电路比例积分处理后的信号送到LM5117的FB端,最终得到稳定的直流电压.电压调整率和负载调整率低于0.5%,开关稳压电源的效率达85%以上,具有灵敏的过流保护功能以及负载识别功能.

Buck DC Switch Regulated Power Supply Controlled by Microcontroller
Abstract:In the paper,the LM5117 step-down controller chip and CSD18532KCS MOS tube are used as the core device,and the MSP430F5529 microcontroller is used as the main control unit to realize the stable output voltage precision step-down DC switching power supply.The design uses the built-in A/D module to measure the output voltage value and display.The single-chip microcomputer data is sent to PI circuit composed of LM358 using DAC8501.The signal processed by PI circuit is sent to the FB LM5117 side,and then the steady DC voltage is gotten.The voltage regulation and load regulation are less than 0.5 %,the switching power supply efficiency is more than 85 %.The system has the sensitive over-current protection function and load identification function.
