| 摘 要： | 在智能变电站中,应用IEC 61850标准进行信息交互,按站控层、间隔层、过程层设置防误闭锁功能,可以提高操作的可靠性,简化二次系统设计。研究在智能变电站监控系统中实现防误操作的实现方案,提出了变电站三层防误闭锁功能的系统架构,研究并改进了IEC 61850关于防误闭锁功能的通信接口,并提出了一套防误操作规则的表示方法。

Implementation of Anti-electrical Misoperation Function in the Monitoring System of the Smart Substation |

| Abstract: | Operational reliability can be improved and secondary system design can be simplified if we apply IEC 61850 to information interaction and arrange anti-misoperation functions at the substation level,bay level and processlevel,respectively.This paper studies a scheme for performing anti-misoperation function in the monitoring system of smart substations.It proposes a system architecture of threelayer misoperation prevention locking for substations,discusses the improvement of the communication interface for misoperation prevention locking function in IEC 61850,and introduces a representation method for anti-misoperation rules. |
