旋转机械故障诊断中的振动信号自适应分形压缩算法

摘    要:首先介绍了迭代函数系统编码的理论基础;然后计算迭代函数系统编码的各个参数,依据迭代函数系统编码的理论基础和旋转机械振动信号的分形特性提出了振动信号自适应分形压缩编码及解码的算法,自适应分形算法的特点是分段长度根据振动信号的特点由误差门限值自动确定;最后通过对实例应用的分析,计算振动信号的压缩比以及压缩重构后的信噪比和均方根误差,表明该算法是可行的。

Adaptive Fractal Data Compression Algorithm for Vibration Signal of Rotating Machinery
Abstract:This paper introduced the theoretical foundations of the iterated func tion systems (IFS), and then all the parameters of IFS were computed. An adaptiv e fractal algorithm for the vibration signal data compression and reconstruction was presented based on the IFS theory and the fractal property of vibration sig nals of rotating machinery. The characteristic of the adaptive fractal algorithm is that the length of the subsection is decided by the error threshold accordin g to the property of vibration signals. Finally, the compression ratio of the vi bration signal from an engineering application and signal to noise ratio of th e reconstructed signal were calculated. The results show that the proposed algorit hm is practicable.
