摘    要:在大型高架桥式、高速、高精度五坐标龙门加工中心的动态设计中,通过动态测试的方法获得导轨结合面的特性参数并将其应用到数字仿真模型中,提高了模型的精度;在加工中心的结构优化设计过程中,提出了灵敏度分析法和基于动刚度的结构优化法,对主要部件的内部筋板结构进行了与传统方法不同的设计,提高了加工中心的动静态特性;针对加工中心在工作过程中不可避免的共振问题,巧妙利用机床的附属设备设计了抑制振动的调谐阻尼器。

Abstract:In the dynamic design of high speed and high precision 5 axis gantry machining center,the contact parameters of guide surfaces had been acquired by the dynamic tests and they had been applied to the numerical simulation model to improve accuracy of the simulation model.The sensitive(analysis) and structural optimization based on dynamic stiffness were put forward in the structural optimization design of machining center,and a novel design way of reinforcing structure which is different from the traditional method was applied to design of the leading parts to improve both the static and dynamic properties of machining center.To the unavoiding resonance problems in the machine,using machine accessories a tuned damper was ably designed to control the vibration of machine.
