如何制定合理有效的日调度单,是人们在车间运行阶段所面临的主要任务,也是充分发挥车间生产能力的关键,因此许多研究人一直致力寻找一条有效的途径来解决调度问题,本文是“计算机仿真与制造业发展”系列文章的第三篇,主要介绍了仿真技术在车间运行中的应用,几个可用于车间运行阶段生成日调度单的仿真软件,并且通过一个实例具体说明了如何使用仿真技术来辅助产生车间生产所需的日调度单。

Application of Computer Simulation in Operation of Manufacturing Shop

It is well known that the principal task in the operation phase of a shop floor is to work out an efficient schedule sheet. A good schedule can improve the performance of a shop, so that many researchers are devoting themselves to searching a best way to solve the scheduling problem. This paper is the third one of the series of articles of "Computer Simulation and Development of Manufacturing Industry",and it focused on the application of computer simulation in the operation phase of a manufacturing shop and the introduction of several kinds of simulation software which can be used to generate daily schedule sheet in the operation phase. In addition, an example was also given to explain how to generate an efficient schedule sheet under the assistance of computer simulation technology.
