摘    要:随着高炉工艺的发展,顺产、高产和设备老化的矛盾日益严重,邯钢900 m3高炉上料自动控制系统已经运行了8年,备件缺乏、事故率逐年上升,所以,硬件的改造升级、程序的优化以及增加新的工艺程序成为必然,为高炉顺产、高产提供保证。

Abstract:Along with development of blast furnace technology,the contradiction between smooth and high production and aging of eqnipment is increasingly serious.Automatic control system for 900 m~3 blast furnace charging in Handan Iron and Steel Group has run for 8 years.It is lack of spare parts and trouble rate rises year by year.There fore,reformation and up grade of hardware,optimization of program,and addition of new process procedure become inevitable to guarantee smooth and high production of blast furnace.
