| 摘 要： | 电子邮票较传统邮票的诸多优势可以有力地推动物流的发展,并有助于邮政部门在大力提高传统邮政通信服务水平的同时开展多种增值业务。论文在分析电子邮票系统业务需求的基础上,对其运行模式进行了设计。
