摘    要:根据国外耐火纤维浇注料的理化性能指标以及实际应用工况条件,提出了提高耐火纤维浇注料力学性能与浇注体整体性的研究内容,通过反复的实验室实验研究,获得了性能优良的耐火纤维浇注料,并在武钢相关炉窑热工设备上得到成功的应用,取得了延长使用寿命与节能的优良效果。

Abstract:Based on the physical and chemical properties of the abroad ceramic fibre castables and the actual using conditions, the study contents to advance mechanics properties of ceramic fibre castables and the integral function of castables body were put forward. The ceramic fibre castables with good properties were got through experimental study. On industrial furnace and heat engineering equipments of Wuhan Iron & Steel Group Co., it was successfully used and the excellent results were got for extending used life and energy saving.
