蜂胶黄酮苷的酸解及酸解产物抗氧化性能的研究

摘    要:以盐酸为催化剂,对蜂胶黄酮苷进行酸解实验,并测定了酸解产物的抗氧化性能。实验结果表明,酸解方法可以有效地将蜂胶黄酮苷水解为黄酮苷元,其中芦丁水解转化率达59.1%,山奈酚、异鼠李素含量增至酸解前的2~4 倍。酸解产物清除DPPH 自由基的能力和对猪油的抗氧化作用均有明显提高。

Abstract:The flavone glycosides of propolis were hydrolyzed by hydrochloric acid, and then the antioxidation of its hydrolystes was determined. The results indicated that the flavone glycosides of propolis can be hydrolyzed into flavone glycones effectively by hydrochloric acid. The hydrolysis conversion rate of rutin reaches 59.1%, and the contents of kaempferol and isorhamnetin are increased by 1 to 3 times. Moreover, the scavenging capacity to DPPH radicals and the antioxidant activity for lard oil of the hydrolysates are improved obviously.
