摘    要:对Fe_3Al-Ti合金超塑性变形中不同应变量下的晶粒形态进行了研究。发现Fe_3Al-Ti超塑性行为与连续再结晶有关,随变形量增大,晶粒逐渐细化,但晶粒形状变化不大,并沿拉伸方向有所伸长。TEM分析表明,晶粒细化过程与超塑性过程中亚晶界向大角晶界的演化有关。本文对Fe3Al-Ti合会超塑性变形机理进行了初步的探讨。

Abstract:The evolution of the grain configuration in Fe3 Al-Ti alloy during superplastic deformation was investigated. It was found that superplastic behavior of Fe3Al-Ti alloy is connected with the grain-fining process by continuous recrystallization. With deformation increase,grain size gradually becomes fine but grain shape doesn't change obviously. The grains have some elongation along tensile direction during deformation. TEM analysis shows that the subgrains occurred in the superplastic deformation process will evolve into the high anpe finge-grains.The superplastic mechanism of Fe3Al-Ti is also discussed in this paper.
