| Abstract: | This paper discusses a code converter which converts A-Law PCM to Adaptive Syllable Companding DM(ADM)and from ADM to A-Law PCM. In order to perform the conversion,we adopt a kind of special filter-multirate filter.In this paper,the conversion procedure,the choice of some system parameter,performance of converter have been simulated. |
