| 摘 要： | 确定了大麻脱胶的主要去除对象为木质素，探讨了预氯处理工艺参数对大麻工艺纤维品质的影响，得到了大麻最佳预氯工艺参数：有效氯浓度为1.5g/L，预氯时间为10min，浴比为1：15,ph值为3.0(常温）。

| Abstract: | This paper studies on the NaClO pretreament of hemp chemical degumming. The result shows that the lignin is the main objective to hemp degumming. And investigation shows that the technical parameters of the NaClO pretreatment of hemp chemical degumming have effect to the quality of the hemp technical fiber. The optimum technical parameters of the NaClO pretreatment of hemp chemical degumming are obtained.The concentration of available Chlorine is 1.5g/l. The time of pretreatment is 10 min.The bath ratio is 1:15. The pH value is 3.0 |
