关于绩效与薪酬一体量化考核的实施

摘    要:提出以量化考核为依据的绩效与薪酬相结合的培训分配制度;从培训业务数量和培训质量两方面,分析量化考核培训教学所必须解决的问题.阐述了具体做法。该制度体现优质高效、多劳多得,按劳取酬、按质得奖的原则;调动了教师的积极性和创造性,从而大幅度地提高培训班的办班数量和培训质量。

Abstract:Put forward a distribution system for training which is based on quantified assessment of performance and payment; illustrated the operation, analysed what it must solved from both quantity and quality. This system reveals the principle whoever works more with better performance and effect will get more payment, which stimulated teachers' activity and creativity hence numbers of training classes and training quality were greatly increased.
