松香树脂酸酯化生产工艺优化及扩大生产

摘    要:为改善松香产品易结晶、易氧化变色及软化点低等问题,在无惰性气体保护下对精制松香进行了酯化改性。考查了催化剂种类及用量、原辅料配比、酯化反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度等因素对酯化反应的影响。结果表明酯化反应的最佳工艺条件为:酯化温度270℃、酯化时间8 h、m(催化剂)∶m(松香)=0.15%、m(季戊四醇)∶m(松香)=12%、搅拌速度60 r/min。依据最佳工艺条件进行了扩大生产试验,该条件下产品产率为(以精制松香计)106%,颜色(Hazen)40,酸值20 mgKOH/g,软化点103℃。产品改性效果良好。

Abstract:Etherification modifications of rosin are investigated without inert gas atmosphere for crystallization and oxidizing discoloration and low softening point.Effects of types and content of catalysts,materials ratio,etherification temperature,reaction time as well as stirring speed on etherification processes are studied.The results show that the optimum conditions of etherification are: etherification temperature controll at 270 ℃ for 8 h,with catalyst content of 0.15%,pentaerythritol of 12%,stirring speed at 60 r / min.Under such conditions the product yields are(refined rosin product) 106%,color(Hazen) 40,acid value 20 mg KOH / g,softening point 103 ℃.In mass production under optimized condition the modification effect is good.
