电子类本科毕业生就业面临的挑战机遇及对策

随着电子信息产业地域分布结构的改变及高等教育由精英教育向大众化教育的转化,电子信息类专业本科毕业生就业面临着新的机遇和挑战,为了开拓这类毕业生的就业市场,高校应该根据当前国际国内形势和自身的专业优势,科学制定培养目标,调整培养计划,提高学生的综合素质;调整就业战略,制定具有全局性的、长期性的就业对策;充分利用社会教育资源制定科学的、有效的就业培训计划,提高毕业生的就业竞争力,为高校的可持续发展打下良好的基础。

The Employment Opportunity and Challenge for Electronic and Information Technology Graduates

Under the background of the re-location of the IT and electronic technology industries and the transformation of higher education from elite education to mass education, the graduates of electronic technology majors are facing employment opportunities as well as challenges. The author points out that universities should accordingly innovate the existing employment mechanism and set up a new strategic employment mechanism for the graduates to be equipped with more advantages in the job market. To meet this end, the author proposes that the new mechanism should be comprehensive, job market-oriented and long-termed. In addition, the author highlights that all resources available should be made good use of to establish a more scientific and more productive scheme of employment training to qualify graduates to be more competitive in the job market and to lay a better foundation of sustainable development for universities.
