广蓄二期工程地下厂房结构振动研究及减振措施

摘    要:广蓄二期工程地下厂房内的高水头、高转速可逆式水泵水轮发电机组采用中拆式,机墩组合结构随荷载巨大,结构形式复杂,对结构整体刚度和抗振性要求较高。利用三维有限元方法对机墩组合结构的整体刚度、自振特性、动力位移响应等方面的计算分析结果及结构减振措施研究,提出了地下厂房动力分析计算的思路、方法和判别标准及防止共振的措施。

Abstract:The middle disassembly type is used in the high water head and high rotation speed reversible pump-turbine unit in the underground powerhouse of Guangzhou Pumped Storage Plant (second stage). The composite structure of the machine block bears huge loads. Due to its complex structure, the performances of the integral rigidity and vibration resistance of the structure are highly required. The three-dimensional finite element method is adopted to calculate and analyze the integral rigidity, self-vibration characteristics and dynamic displacement response of the composite structure of the machine block and to study the structural vibration-absorbing measures. Then the thought, method and judgment criterion of dynamic analysis and calculation for underground power house and the measures of avoiding resonance have been put forward.
