含小水电的配电网无功优化研究

摘    要:针对含小水电的线路上安装双向调压器(BSVR)后无功补偿容量难以合理确定的问题,提出了潮流方向判定准则以及考虑分接头调整影响的双向调压器等值模型重构,采用适应前推回代潮流算法的小水电数学模型,通过对遗传算法的改进,求出最优或较优的补偿方案.实例证明,该方法应用于含小水电配电网的无功优化计算是有效的.

Abstract:As it is difficult to determine a reasonable reactive power compensation capacity after installing bidirection voltage regulator on line with small hydro power,this paper presents the power flow direction judgment criterion and the BSVR equivalent model considering tap adjustment effects,adopts power flow algorithm for small hydropower mathematical model.Based on the improvement of genetic algorithm,the optimal compensation scheme is developed The practice proves that this method is effective in reactive power optimization in distribution network with small hydro power.
