| 摘 要： | 通过分析精密冲孔模的服役条件及影响使用寿命的因素，研究了几种材料冲孔模热处理后的组织、硬度和韧性。经应用试验，确定了精密重载冲孔模的用材及热处理工艺，获得满意的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the working condition and factors affecting the service life of fine drift.The microstructures,hardness and toughness of drifts made of different steels after heat treatment have been studied.The steel and the heat treatment process of fine heavy load drift was determined by means of production tests.And the satisfactory result was obtained. |
