摘    要:针对3.5Ni厚钢板低温冲击韧性较低的问题,通过试验研究和生产实践,从理论和实践上探讨了两相区淬火对钢板低温冲击韧性的影响。通过调整热处理工艺,有效地提高了3.5Ni厚板低温冲击韧性,使之达到相对较高的水平。

Abstract:In view of the low impact toughness of 3.5% nickel heavy plate, effect of intercritical quenching On low temperature impact toughness of palte was discussed by experimental study and production practice. The low - temperature impact toughness of 3.5% nickel heavy plate was remakably improved and came up to the high level by means of adjusting heat treatment technology.
