| 摘 要： | 毛泽东农民教育思想是毛泽东思想的组成部分。抗战时期是毛泽东农民教育思想的不断孕育和成熟期。在抗战时期，由于当时农民整体素质还不高，毛泽东及时采取措施对农民进行了政治、经济、文化、军事和科技等多方面的教育，使抗日战争取得了辉煌胜利。毛泽东农民教育思想不仅在当时具有重要的意义，而且对当前社会主义新农村建设和新型农民教育还有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Contact glow discharge electrolysis is a novel type of electrochemical process.The degradation of Fuchsin acid in aqueous solution by contact glow discharge electrolysis is investigated.Some influence factors such as initial concentration,initial PH and the catalysts are examined.The results indicate that the weak acid condition is beneficial to degradation,and the catalyst can speed up the degradation obviously.In the presence of Fe2+ and Mn2+,the ratios of degradation are 87.35% and 89.57% respectively. |
