微型可编程光栅实现光谱模拟的方法研究

摘    要:当平行复色光沿微型可编程光栅基底平面的垂直方向正入射时,可以通过对可编程光栅编程状态的预先设定,使其衍射输出对应于不同目标物质的光谱。对微型可编程光栅用于光谱模拟的原理进行了分析,提出了一种利用基于梯度的最优化算法在衍射角固定时实现光谱模拟的方法。对该方法进行了实例仿真验证,结果表明了方法的可行性。

Abstract:When an incident light is collimated from vertical direction,the state of the micro programmable grating can be prescribed,and the diffractive emergent light will correspond to spectra of target substance.In this paper,the principle of programmable grating is analyzed and a method of synthesizing a spectra by the programmable grating is proposed.A novel gradient-based optimization algorithm is presented for the synthesis of spectra at a predetermined diffractive angle.Finally,the method is testified by the simulation and the feasibility of the method is proved with computation results.
