摘    要:长庆油田天然气净化厂脱除天然气中CO2和H2S过程中,吸收塔内常出现脱硫溶液发泡现象。为了确定发泡原因,运用灰色关联理论,通过均值化处理使相关因子的实验数据无量纲化,分析了各相关因子对40%MDEA 5?A溶液起泡高度的关联度,另外通过实验考察了各个因子对起泡高度的影响。灰色关联分析结果与实验结果一致。逐一讨论了各因子与溶液发泡之间的关系。溶液中总铁浓度代表设备腐蚀程度,对起泡高度的关联度最高(0.7428),总胺浓度倒数代表醇胺降解程度,关联度次高(0.7372),这两个因子是引起脱硫溶液发泡的主要因素,二者相互影响,相互关联,在生产中应加以控制。固体颗粒在高浓度时(>200mg/L)对发泡无影响(关联度0.5376),但影响溶液的其他性能,在生产中应通过加强过滤进行控制。无机盐浓度和溶液粘度的关联度<0.7(分别为0.6621和0.6310),对发泡无影响。图1表2参13。

Abstract:Foaming in alkanolamine desulfurizing solution in the CO2/H2S absorption column is often observed in the natural gas treating plant in Changqing oil fields.To determine the causes of foaming in the column, the experimental data of some relevant factors (RFs) are made dimensionless by the way of an averaging procedure and the degree of relevance ( DOR) of these RFs to foaming height (FH) of 40% MDEA 5?A solution is determined by using a grey relevance concept.Meanwhile the influence of every RF on the FH value is investigated experimentally.The results of the grey relevance analysis and the experiments agree each with other.The relation of every FH to the FH of the solution is discussed.The concentration of ferroferric ions in the solution, representing the corrosion of instalations, has the highest DOR to FH, 0.7428, and the reciprocal amine concentration, representing the degradation of alkanolamines, has the second highest DOR to FH, 0.7372; the two factors appear to be the main causes of foam formation in the column and are relevant each to other and should be controlled properly in gas treating.The solid particles at higher concentration (>200 mg/L) have no negative influence on FH with DOR= 0. 5376 but might deteriorate other properties of the solution and should be controlled by the way of intensifying filtration.The concentration of inorganic salts (DOR=0.5376) and the solution viscosity (DOR=0.6310) exert no influence on foam formation.
