摘    要:采用激光粒度法,测试酸锂材料LiNixCoyMn(1-x-y)O2的粒度,研究材料折射率、吸收率、搅拌速度、超声波功率、超声波时间、表面活性剂种类及用量对测试结果的影响,得出最佳测试条件为:材料折射率1.9、吸收率1.0、搅拌速度2000r/min、超声波功率100%(40W)、超声波时间100s、同时在仪器对光前在水中加入1ml饱和焦磷酸钠溶液作为表面活性剂:该条件下,重复测量11次,各指标相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于1%,重复性好,方法可靠.

Abstract:The particle size of the cathode material LiNixCoyMn(1-x-y)O2,was tested by the laser pariticle analyzer.Effect of refractive index,absorptivity,stimng speed,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic lime,kinds and contents of surfaclant were studied.The optimum test conditions were composed by 1.9 refractive index,1.0 absorptivity,2 000 r/min stirring speed,100%ultrasonic power(40 W)and 100 s ultrasonic time.At the same time,1 niL satuiate(I sodium pyrophosphate was added iis a surfactant into the water before the instrume nt was applied to the light.The IJNix Cot Mn(1-x-y),O2 was tested 11 times under these conditio ns.The relative standard deviation(RSD)were less than 1%,which showed that the method was reproducible and reliable.
