Sn含量对Pb合金性能的影响

摘    要:采用线性扫描(LSV)、开路电位(OCP)、交流阻抗、交流伏安(ACV)、循环伏安法(CV)及恒流腐蚀等方法,研究Pb-Sn系列合金的电化学性能和耐腐蚀性能。在Pb中加入Sn元素制得的Pb-Sn系列合金,可抑制钝化层的生成,当Sn含量为0.8%时,抑制效果明显;当Sn含量为0.8%以上时,合金的耐腐蚀性能好。

Abstract:Linear sweep voltammetry(LSV),open circuit potential(OCP),A.C.impedance,alternating cuiTent voltammetry(ACV)and cyclic voltammetry(CV)methods were used to study,the electrochemical performance and corrosion resistance of alloy.Adding Sn elements in Pb could inhibit the passive layer.When the Sn content was 0.8%,the inhibitory effect was most obvious and the corrosion resistance of the alloy was good.
