代汞添加剂在锌电极中的应用

摘    要:研究了氧化铟(In2O3)及In2O3与氧化铋(Bi2O3)作为复合添加剂对锌电极的电性能影响。在总荷电时间105 d,常温下荷电30 d、常温下荷电60 d、高温45℃下荷电105 d循环3次,加入In2O3添加剂对锌电极缓蚀效果不明显,而采用复合添加剂的单体电池工作电压较含汞单体电池的工作电压低约0. 017 V,复合添加剂对锌电极产生了较好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀性能与Hg O接近。

Abstract:The effect of complex additive of indium sesquioxide( In2O3) or In2O3 and bismuth trioxide( Bi2O3) in zinc electrode was studied,respectively. It was found that the corrosion inhibition effect the additive In2O3 was not obviously changed for zinc electrode in total charging 105 d with 3 cycles of charging 30 d,60 d at room temperature and 105 d at 45 ℃. Compared to electrode containing Hg O,the electrode potential of complex additives of In2O3 and Bi2O3,with reduced by about 0. 017 V,which showed better corrosion inhibition effect for zinc electrode.
