| 摘 要： | 本文概括地叙述了科技创新的现代化工具——TRIZ理论的概念、起源、用途、特点,基本原理,包含内容,解决问题的过程,在国外的应用情况及产生的经济社会效益,在中国的应用情况等。指出TRIZ理论在自主创新国家总战略实施中具有基础性、源头性、根本性、先导性、战略性意义,是提升国家自主创新能力的重要武器。
