新型多种燃料高速直喷柴油机的结构和性能研究

摘    要:传统直喷式高速柴油机对燃油的各项性能有较高的要求。本文在分析了燃油特性与柴油机相互适应性的基础上,对一种新型燃烧多种燃油的高速直喷柴油机的结构特点和性能进行了研究,研究结果表明:该柴油机采用轴针式喷油器、铰接式铸铁活塞、高温机油局部冷却、双热区燃烧模式、废气涡轮增压中冷等结构,能有效地燃烧多种燃料。燃烧植物油时获得了与燃烧柴油时同样好的综合性能指标。

Abstract:Conventional high - speed DI diesel engines have strict requirements on fuel properties. Based on the analyses of adaptability of fuels to diesel engines, this paper describes the characters and performances of a new multi-fuel high -speed diesel engine. Results show that the diesel engine with pintle nozzle injector, articulated ferrum piston, high temperature oil-cooling system, duothermic combustion chamber,could use the alternative fuels effectively. When burning vegetable oils,the diesel engine has the same good performances as burning diesel fuel.
