浅谈无碳复写显色材料的产业化开发

经过四年攻关,无碳复写显色材料的产业化开发完成了小试技术开发、中试放大研究,并被国家发改委列为高技术产业化项目,目前已完成了产业化建设,形成年产3500吨的生产规模。详细论述了从产品方案设计、技术研究到形成规模生产的产业化历程。产品经多家用户使用,认为其质量已达到同类进口产品水平。

Industrialization Development of None Carbon Repuired Halo chromic Material

By the research of the NCR(None Carbon Required) in the past 4 years,we have achieved small scale technology development,mid-scale-enlarge study.Also the technology has been list in the high-tech industrialization project by National Development.Now the industrial construction has been completed with 3500 ton production scale annually.This paper described the process of Product Design,Research in technology and large scale production formation.Through the common use of these products the quality has been considered as the import product.
