Abstract:ZnO nanoplate/nanosphere hybrid structures were successfully constructed by combining electrodeposited ZnO nanoplate arrays and solvothermally grown ZnO nanospheres,and used as the photoanode of dye-sensitized solar cells for the first time.The morphology and crystal phase of synthesized products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).Performance tests of DSSCs(Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells) show that compared with ZnO nanoplate ...
